Return Policy
Due to all items being custom and designed specifically to the customer's specifications all sales are considered final. If there is a mistake with your order made by Beast Up and does not align with the approved work order form we will fix or replace the items in question at no cost to the customer.
Any mistakes made with your order must be reported within 14 business days of delivery of your order. Any reports received after the above allotment timeframe will become the sole responsibility of the client.
Warranty
At Beast Up, we extend a warranty on the custom sports uniforms you order from us. We guarantee each customer of our team uniforms will enjoy total satisfaction when they use them according to the purposed intended, under fair treatment, and ordinary conditions unless otherwise stated. For up to 2 full seasons after your purchase, we will replace, without any additional fees, any guaranteed article that is defective in workmanship or material.
