Your purchase of products from Beast Up Gear LLC. indicates your acceptance of, and agreement to the terms and conditions set forth below.
By purchasing products from Beast Up Gear LLC you certify that you are an authorized buyer for your team/ company. Further, all the designs and specs within this document are as per your requirement. You also represent to Beast Up Gear LLC and unconditionally guarantee that you own any elements of text, graphics, photos, designs, trademarks, or other artwork furnished to Beast Up Gear LLC for inclusion in the final uniform design or that you have permission from the rightful owner to use each of these elements, and will hold harmless, protect, and defend Beast Up Gear LLC from any claim or lawsuit arising from the use of such elements furnished by your company.
Finally, by purchasing any Beast Up Gear LLC product, you agree to the terms of sale summarized below:
TERMS OF SALE:
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
An Order is effective when payment is received. Exception: For educational entities, a valid Purchase Order Number must be provided before production begins.
Once order is submitted changes to the order will not be accepted.
Beast Up Gear LLC will replace defective products if reported within 14 business days of delivery. Any reports received after the above allotment timeframe of 14 business days, will become the sole responsibility of the client.
Additional uniforms reordered at a later date after shipment of original order could potentially cost more than original purchase price and minimum order may be required.
We will make every attempt to color match but due to variations in printing, exact color match is not guaranteed on reorders.
Original designs are kept for two years after the initial order. We can not guarantee a complete design match of a reorder that has past this time frame.
