Chest:
With your arms hanging a few inches away from your torso, measure around the fullest part of your chest under the arms.
Shoulder width:
Measure from the tip of one shoulder and arm, toward the base of the back of neck, and continue toward the opposite shoulder tip.
Back Length:
Measure from the base of the back of the neck to the waist. To get your jersey/shirt measurement measure down to longest part of your body where your top would end.
Sleeve Length:
With your arms relaxed at your side and slightly bent, measure from the center back of your neck, over the point of your shoulder, and down the outside of your arm to your wrist
Waist:
To measure your natural waistline, wrap the tape so it intersects your navel. Keep tape flat, but comfortably loose
Hips:
Stand with your heels together and measure the fullest part of your hips, keeping the measuring tape level and parallel to the floor front and back. The hips level is approximately 8” below the natural waistline.
Shorts / Pant Length:
Measure from the waist to the longest part of the leg where the shorts or pants will end.
