By purchasing products from Elevated Dreams Sports LLC you certify that you are an authorized buyer for your team/ company. Further, all the designs and specs within this document are as per your requirement. You also represent to Elevated Dreams Sports LLC and unconditionally guarantee that you own any elements of text, graphics, photos, designs, trademarks, or other artwork furnished to Elevated Dreams Sports LLC for inclusion in the final uniform design or that you have permission from the rightful owner to use each of these elements, and will hold harmless, protect, and defend Elevated Dreams Sports LLC from any claim or lawsuit arising from the use of such elements furnished by your company.
Finally, by purchasing any Elevated Dreams Sports LLC product, you agree to the terms of sale summarized below:
TERMS OF SALE:
- ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
- An Order is effective when payment is received. 70% of the order balance is due before production begins and the remaining 30% is due prior to delivery. Exception: For educational entities a valid Purchase Order Number must be provided before production begins.
- Elevated Dreams Sports LLC will replace defective products if reported within 3 business days of delivery. Any reports received after the above allotment timeframe of 3 business days, will become the sole responsibility of the client.
- Additional products reordered at a later date could potentially cost more than original purchase price.
